Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product delivered is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.
  • Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing assurced@gmail.com with order details and clear product images or videos.
  • Once the request is reviewed and approved, customers will be instructed on the return process, and a replacement or refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • For any functional issues arising after usage, customers may avail benefits under the Assure brand warranty, details of which are provided with each product.
